Entertainment Legal.

For creators who need contracts that work.

About

Phillip, Entertainment Attorney

I'm an entertainment attorney who's spent the last decade at Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney/National Geographic Partners, and SAG-AFTRA. I've worked on major studio productions, union negotiations, and independent film deals. I've seen how the system works—and how it doesn't work for creators operating outside the studio machine.

Arts & Rights exists to solve a simple problem: indie filmmakers, producers, and content creators need real legal protection, but they can't afford $500/hour law firm rates. You shouldn't have to choose between protecting your work and affording to make it.

I bring studio-level expertise to independent creators at prices that won't kill your budget. Whether you're optioning your first screenplay, hiring a crew, or forming your production company, you need contracts that actually protect you—not templated garbage from LegalZoom.
